Too bad there is no walk-in pantry

Lovely i would of added more built in cabinets in the office on both ends instead of floating shelves it adds more value and it would be great for video calls and other stuff the bathroom behind the kitchen is a no , its a beautiful bathroom but i wouldnot feel comfortable using it while others are in the kitchen nor the dinning area i would of opened that wall brought back the kitchen a walk in panty could been added i would of loved to of seen a t shaped isle i love the tile on the fireplace from bottom to the top it adds value but im not feeling the color the room is so white and sterile already i felt like a pop of color maybe was needed maybe some black or dark grey stone or the material used for the counter tops , owner suite is lovely but i would of loved to of seen huge sliding doors leading outside the bathroom is a no to much activity the counter tops and tiles are clashing too much it feels like they had extra tiles left over snd they used it in that bathroom, its a nice layout but the tile combination failed it , down stairs on suite is lovely ,, media room is basic its giving me basement bedroom vibes if im going to spend that much money for a media room i expect a small bar with a built in microwsve and fridge popcorn and wine u cant go wrong espically if you have kids , cabinet with snacks the upstairs berooms are nice simple and no money wasted on over the top tiles or counter tops , all and all its a nice house but its not giving in some areas

Agree on I don't like open shelvings

Again the staircase blocks the passage to the kitchen and very narrow corridors - a negative karma for the architect. In the master bathroom, the developer used cheap glass in the shower stall. Good quality glass does not green. Cheap plumbing doesn't look luxury either.
