There are phenomenal communities with no HOA if that better suits you!
If I might ask what about the school, are they good or average??
Funny, I spotted that it was a Kaufman-Broad home immediately. Guess it’s such a signature look for a budget home builder, as I’ve bought 3 of them. But the inside is kitted out with about $75K in upgrades.

Hi! That’s amazing! You will love it here! Yes, there are communities with RV parking, and plenty of lot for a pool. Unfortunately most builders don’t build homes with pools here in Menifee or in the IE so you would have to build one. Have you seen any communities here in Menifee?

It’s a CA home but more affordable than Las Vegas homes!! Why? Bc this is out in the boondocks inland…, unless you live near the water, why live in CA??? High taxes and crazy politics. I live by the water luckily but I’m sick of CA…, I’m moving out!!!

More than Las Vegas? 😨 while we are inland we are in the perfect location! This home is in Menifee which is in top 10 in the nation for growth! We are an hr away from everything… beaches, desert, snow!
