Caulking is putting a bandaid on it. It won’t fix it unfortunately.

those cracks look like the inklings of foundation issue. Have an independent inspector come out and look over things. Better to spend a few $$ than to not and have a larger expense on your own.

They build them “Gingerbread” houses in 2 months or less unfortunately the material is super cheap. You pay for the look! The vents are going to show signs of water condensation, mold in the bathroom cause when it rains they don’t cover it the wood, next day they putting the drywall up on wet wood smh. It’s not about “settling” it’s about Quantity and not Quality for those big investors.

No I’m in the states
