You have to train This in practice. Try to shoot the ball in the air, walk forward fast, jump and use skill when its in the hitbox

Its a talent based on luck. You can aim more easily with a line that show you where the ball gonna go, and when you use talent you see the whole ball movement, the tackles cooldown and a other universe. Maybe I should do a showcase of all talents ?
