Pls continue build build build projects to provincial area also, so that people from the provinces wont have to go to manila to look for opportunities. That will also help us to prevent congestion in metro.

It will provide equal and competitive opportunities for Filipinos and will prevent the overcrowding of Metro Manila even more. Let those who live in Manila work in Manila. Let those who live in Cebu work in Cebu, and so on.

It was only until the current admin came into power that this very ambitious initiative became a reality (ofc it's still a long way to go, but it has started). With that, I'd say big kudos to this current admin's political will. - Also a taxpayer

Sana magkaron din ng rehabilitation program for the whole Metro Manila including na bawasan ang population ng Metro Manila. Pwedeng mangyari to kung federalism na government natin.

Half of NCC is in Tarlac specifically in Capas in the barangay of O'donell or Aranguren behind the Capas National/ Death March Shrine. Seeing the rise of the future Capital city of the Philippines is absolutely Amazing. Abante Pilipinas Abante!!

It's really amazing how they build the Insfractures unique to others like the main stadium ring footline which resemble the pinatubo crater and the aquatic center which is the fiberglassroof was inspired from local fish net really amazing.

These Development in Clark is good for Residents and Business Development in Pampanga, However the issues in the Property includes Housing Rentals is so high which cannot afford those Low Income Families. The LGU must have regulations that limits the high rates of housing for rental purpose, the Houses in Angels City and Sn Fernando are only basic structures for family dwelling place which in fairness it has to be within the average rate of lower rate of income. The City Government needs to help the Residents to be able that housing can be provided to intended residents in the City.

This is a nationwide trend if you don't know yet. There are planned and already developed technohubs sprouting around Philippines. To name a few, Pangasinan, Zamboanga opened their techno/manufacturing hubs. And by next year, Impletion of LGU devolution will start wc means that projects will be more localized. It will ensure that every city all around the Philippines can plan their own development without depending too much on the national government.

Provinces needs to adopt more investors, businessman and make their province turn into business district. so the Provinces in the Philippines including Clark City will be like Metro Manila

They need to hire foreign experts. Most projects in Dubai and China are done by experts over seas. New Clark city should tap global talent.

Yung PPP tittle ni pnoy but poor execution samakatuwid plan3x duterte approved via BBB kaya inuna yung staduim na nagamit sa Sea games.. wala talaga dapat kulay yan ang kaylangan is continuity. Next president dpat lahat ng na approved na project private partner o government ay dapat tuloy tuloy Ang nangyari sa mga past admin may kulay ang projects at serbisyo pag di ka kakampink tengga ang project yan sila pnoy wala tinapos sa mga project na dati ng approved bumuo ng PPP bago at mga existing project at nilagay sa official gazette. But again poor execution number 1 sa rigth of way issue TRO ng korte pag may against. Si Duterte walang kulay ang serbisyo kaya marami naimplement at tinuloy na project. Yung kultura ng politika ang nagpapahirap at nagpapabagal ng serbisyo. Kaya ang tao mas credited kay pduts. Kasi kaya nman pala. Uo may inumpisahan si pnoy inemplemnet nya nya yung horizon 1 ng afp modernazationna tinuloy ni duterte at may horizon 2 na, maging yung ibang project thru PPP tinuloy at tinapos ni duterte, at dinagdagan pa ng mga rehab at subway, but fyi yung karamihan is dekada ng approved kaya wala halos na credit kay pnoy lumagpas sa kanya at si pduts tumapos gaya ng BIA sa Daraga Albay of

the thing with PRRD alam nya agad ang problema kung bakit hindi matuloy-tuloy mga govt projects ay dahil sa mga talunang mga kompanya na pag d sa knila na-award ang project ay file agad ng TRO, kaya pag-upo nya nagsabi agad sya NA HINDI SYA PAPAYAG NA ME MAG-FILE NG MGA TRO SA MGA PROJECTS UNDER SA ADMIN NYA. Ganyan katalino at decisive PRRD unlike panahon ni Panot, mga govt projects na nasimulan or naaproved sa admin ni GMA na dpat instead ituloy ni Panot e tinadtad ng TRO kesyo me corruption, blah, blah. Me isip nman mga tao kc minulat ni PRRD kaisipan ng mga Filipino na pede nman pala gawin projects ng tuloy-tuloy at hindi macompromise dahil lang sa kapritso ng iilang mayayamang kompanya. Kaya tlgang dapat lang to give credits to PRRD.

Excuse me lng po. At ang PPP mo walang kwenta. Imagine si duterte nagawa sa admin niya ang mga yan bagay na dapat kaya ni pnoy. Wag nyong sabihin na budget galing kay pnoy dahil parati namang manggagaling ang budget sa mga naunang admin kapag may umupong bagong admin. Kaya wag kayong magsabe ng pnoy project kung walang sinimulan at natapos in the 1st place. Halimbawa sa school, San ka nakakita ng project nasa isip lang. D man lang ginawa at sinubmit. Pano mu gragraduhan un. Kaya nga ang mga pinklawan hanggang credit grab nalang dahil wala silang magagandang projects nung panohon ng poon nila. Ganyan lang ginawa ni pnoy magplano kuno ng projects bago sya maalis sa pwesto para mga susunod sa kanya ay icredit grab nalang
