I'm 52, and CatHD still blows my mind. I'm on 2nd bottle (big bottle!), and I swear the stuff makes my pores look smaller. It's more comfortable than Ester Lauder double wear foundation. It lasts my long 12 to 14 hr shifts. No breakouts. Wash before sleep. This is my #1 drugstore foundation. I use my fingers, fast before it dries. Blot with damp sponge, and even without powder it looks impressive. Damn good product.

I’ve been wondering how these two compared, thanks so much for doing this wear test with both of them!! And yeah, me too... I hate when people do wear tests & do touch ups which kinda defeats the purpose of seeing how they actually wear imo 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

I honestly love the HD (have not yet tried true skin), but it's soooo lightweight and it feels like you're not wearing anything. It oxidizes pretty bad though

I keep these 2 foundations in my makeup drawer CONSTANT. Along with the Juvias place I am magic foundation. The 3 of them I’ve even mixed them are just so full coverage but looks like freaking skin! So so good ❤

I finally picked up the hd. Idk what took me so long. 4000 foundations later...

Love both of these as well and I’m almost 47, normal to dry, hot flashing hormonal gal sooooo…. Oh and I work in healthcare underneath a mask all day! I love them both but I have to say I’ve really been loving the hydrator one from wet n wild the most. It’s so easy and so beautiful! Thanks Ashley! You look gorgeous as always.

Well, you just made me buy the HD one, I chose that one first but will definitely be getting the true skin one the next time to try too because they are both lovely in this video. Thanks for such a great review. Currently trying to switch to vegan products and revlon colorstay has been my go to (although their new formula is not as great as their og) so even before I went vegan I have been wanting to find a new go to and I'm praying this one is going to do it for me lol trying new makeup on a budget is a lot like dating lol so many DUDS out there making too good to be true promises.... 😂. I'm so glad the dating days are over but this makeup hunt is bringing back memories. 🤣

Great video. Thanx for comparing these for us. Wish you mentioned your skin type somewhere in the beginning of the video or anywhere in the video. Sorry if you did and I missed it but I think every beauty influence should mention their skin type in the begining of every foundation video bc its very important in order to determine if the product will work for the person watching or not. Very good video. I have got the Catrice HD and so far I am very happy with it, I’d just say that the shade range is one of the only things that bother me, or shall I say, used to bother me - they have added some more shades but too bad not all of them come here. Hopefully they will in the future, from both HD and TrueSkin. Nevertheless, loved your video! Thank you! And love your accent!

It looks beautiful on you, but then again you don't even need foundation your skin is naturally flawless. So, I really cant see how the coverage is when you don't have anything to cover up! lol...:) But I did purchase the HD one and so far I do like it....

It's not fragrance-free, but I detect veryyyy little fragrance. I think it would be worth a shot.

@@cookytata_ I bought the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Fresh Wear thinking it wouldn’t budge but it transferred onto my mask in no time. So don’t bother with the L’Oréal. I hate wasting money. It’s why I am wondering if this Catrice foundation is sweatproof. If you do buy this Catrice foundation let me know if it’s sweatproof.

@@coupdefoudre5352 i just order catrice's concealer and setting powder. Didn't buy the foundation yet as i don't want to waste money if it transfer to mask. First time to try catrice range. I hope the concealer and setting powder did a good job like people were reviewed.

The Catrice Hd is really transfer proof. Make sure you use just a translucent powder to set the foundation, not a pigmented one. I love this foundation. A very good drugstore foundation. The Catrice True Skin is a little to dry for me, even if it claims to be hydrating. I personally do not like how it dries down, but otherwise is full coverage.

Just got the true skin in the mail today and EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW put it on and it sits on my skin and I had no primers on or anything yuk threw it straight in the bin.
