my friends first got 2 British Shorthair cats and a year later, a Ragdoll. I think it's such a perfect combination. One day when I have my own cats, I'll also have 2 BSH and 1 Ragdoll :)

Your cats are just gorgeous. I now have a lilac British Shorthair. She is a joy 💕. They are a fantastic breed. I too couldnt decide between a british shorthair and ragdoll. They are just gorgeous breeds. At some point I will introduce a second cat and will have to decide again.Would love an update on your fur babies 💖your videos are soooo helpful xx

I put my BSH on dry food too as her tummy wasn't settled at all and it really helped.

I remember watching your first video with getting Gigi and I got my BSH last July! I want to cuddle him so badly all the time cause he looks so much like a teddy bear. I looked a bit into ragdolls too but was worried about the proneness to separation anxiety and them not being as independent.

Aww they are so gorgeous!! I want a ragdoll so much! I have a British shirt hair she’s 6 months old and she’s the same as gigi she’s really loving but doesn’t like cuddles at all and I just want to squeeze her 😅 xx

Ragdolls will keep eating if u leave food out and they’ll put weight on very fast. Also ragdolls love to escape so be aware even when they are house cats!! Ragdolls should just eat dry food.I would suggest u get a good groomer at least 1 a month bc he’ll definitely need washing, cutting etc. they need a lot of brushing every other day or they’ll get matted

He lets us groom and wash him which is fab 😍

They're all just gorgeous - it's lovely they're all getting on together too. I'd love another cat - our old boy is nearly 16 now and this is the first time he's been an only cat since we got him but I feel it wouldn't be fair on him to introduce another at his age and also we're getting on too so would be worried a young cat would outlive us!! 😂

Hi Liza when your cats have their zummies time do you allow them to use the whole house. Also do they scratch at your furniture and your carpets. They are all beautiful by the way.

I am afraid of cats, I am a Dog Mummy (my dog is in Spain and I miss him a lot) but the video is very interesting for a Cat Mummy, thanks for sharing ❤

So sweet! They are all so cute!! We also have two British shorthair cats 💜 How do you contain the cats to the kitchen at night? Do you use a gate and if so, they don’t jump it?

Thanks lovely, we have a kitchen that also opens up to the play room so we just close the door to that room and they can use both of those x

Hi Liza Deciding on our second cat, another British Shorthair or a ragdoll. Now you've had Ragnor a while do the Ragdolls shed alot would you say? Any tips for keeping on top of the shedding and your home?

How did you manage when the cats are in heat?

I'm not sure I want a long hair cat. Is there a short hair cat breed that is sweet like the Ragdoll? Thank you 😊

Hi liza how do you deal with litter trays situation during the night? Do you have to keep litter trays in the kitchen or are they house trained were they don't use them at night. We currently have one bsh and 2 trays, she tends to use the upstairs tray during the night's. She also isn’t allowed full roam of the house, unlike our dog who when is put to bed wont need the loo until the next morning. It would be fantastic if our kitten could adapt to the same toilet training as the dog 😅 We have her 2nd litter tray in our porch so she has full access to our garden during the day. Im hoping this litter tray will be the 1 she uses most of all in the future. As im not a fan of smells indoors. Xx

They do need a litter tray in the night lovely, we pop ours in the utility room which is linked to our kitchen x

Your cats are so gorgeous & cuddly. They behave so well together. My neighbour has 2 cats & they love my garden. They attract other cats & I'm always finding their business in my borders & bushes. Please could you give some advice on how best to resolve this problem. Thank you so much ❤x

Protecta cat fencing will keep any other's out and keep your cat safe in the garden

They’re gorgeous ❤️ Always found it strange that vets recommend dry food despite it being the least nutritious. Plus our kitty’s are carnivores!

Do you feed your ragdoll the same food as your british shorthairs?

Not yet but Ragnar is still young so I expect he will next year when he has his adult coat. X
