Great choice...I also had palisade and telluride as my options when I searched for car in 2019, finally I bought palisade in 2019 since telluride was of great demand at that time and I was asked to wait 6 months for delivery. Until now palisade looks awesome and didn't create any issues for us...I love my Palisade.

Congrats Prem and Arthi on your new car. Palisade and Telluride are the best options for a 7 seater right now. I replaced my pathfinder with a Palisade last year, I chose Palisade just for its looks, it's an amazing SUV on road.

Car is amazing for long drives too, it's very smooth and few of my friends even asked if it is electric as the engine sound is very mild while running. And I appreciate your decision of not choosing white palisade. Palisade looks stunning in dark colors only. Mine is Burgundy.

Kia and Hyundai are owned by the same parent company. Both the Telluride and Pallisade are built on the same platform/chasis. Only features will differ to differentiate between the two.

Good choice, I personally didn't like the ride quality in Palisade compared to Telluride. Ride in Telluride feels much quiet and it takes all bumps so quietly, so we went with Telluride. Getting one in OH is not that difficult if you are ready to put a deposit for a dealer's oncoming inventory. Compared to other states OH dealers are doing great with no markups on msrp.

Telluride, KIA Carnival were my options when I started looking for 7 seaters last year. But Telluride was crunchy at the back, I took Chrysler Pacifica touring plus. Foldable seats, Entertainment system worth for money. Agreed, you shall go for the second car provided you both frequently travel separately.

Agreed KIA carnival is spacious and its like minivan in a SUV space We need the midsize SUV , when parents are not here, minivan is too big for us So we thought of going midsize suv Yes chrysler pacifica foldable seat is the awesome feature 🙌🙌

Prem, go for Kia Telluride, I bought it in Germain Kia of Columbus. I did $1000 deposit to reserve the car and waited for 2 months. I bought SX model, its quite spacious and absolutely loved it. let me know, if you need any details.

You are correct. Bought Hyundai Elantra 6 months back. There was an issue. The light on gear changing rod which brightens up the letters R D N.. is not working from the 2nd day. That part was not available for 6 months now. Still waiting.

Super ji. This is a great car. Kia Telluride is one of the top selling SUVs and Kia knocked it out of the park. No wonder it is sold out and people are waiting for months to buy the Telluride. Kia and Hyundai have improved so much in the last 10 years that I would say they better than Nissan, Honda, VW, Subaru, and Mazda. Anyone who says Hyundai and Kia are cheap or not great are just ignorant.

Hello Bro, if you are spending close to 50k try Premium brands like Acura . I personally don’t recommend KIA , spending too much on this brand is not worth at all. One of my friends had lot of issues with KIA model cars.

Might be true But this model kia telluride had good reputation and reliability

I tried buying palisade/telluride in 2020, but they were too rude asking me to show commitment to provide a quote. Dropped that plan and went for Pacifica plug-in hybrid. The best decision ever. 50k total. Got $7500+$1000 in tax returns. $800 from pg&e. So net paid only 41k for a premium 7 seater van with all safety features. Mileage wise better than SUV since it has hybrid engine.

​@@ArthiPrem only the 3rd row is foldable. In the plug-in variant alone, there is a 16kWH battery in the floor underneath the 2nd row which can take you 32 miles without gas(obviously on charge). Electric expense per mile is 50% of gas per mile. Since pandemic, my daily commute only school pickup, groceries. So my visit to gas station is hardly 2 times a month, thats because we take long drives over the weekend.

Experience wise best for money. Even with 0 battery, since the engine is hydrid, it gives better mileage around 30/gallon which is higher than my Accord. Money wise its a lot of saving. 2 yrs completed running solid, no complaints 15k odometer so far. Service is around $100+, did only 2 times. I bought pacifica Hybrid limited edition which was 50k on road(inclusive of taxes).
