Depends on how your asking the question; If you just want to install mods you find on the mod website, then it's easy. If you want to create your own mod (moveset, clothes, character, etc) then it's pretty hard.

@@MasteringMasonexactly so many files that’s why I say if you’re going to make your own trial and error and patience is the key. Patience for sure especially when the bust files stop working
