Supercars Is luxury need heritage and brand influence. BYD U9 is more like symbolic. Not many people will buy it. You buy Louis Vuitton because it's Louis Vuitton, not because of the quality of their bags,or because it's cheap

Although supercar is a luxury goods, like LV bags, but it also has measurable performance matrix that LV bags don't have. U9 can make tank turns, crab crawl, 3 wheel driving, 4 wheel independent suspension, maybe the fastest acceleration... it is a far superior car in every category of the performance matrix, so I have good reason to believe it will out perform all other sports car in sales in the near future. It is priced around a quarter of million of US$, so it is not a cheap car. With time, trend changes too, we just need to wait and see. @@shenyun7195
