Few updates ago they f up 80% of my camps, i deleted 15-25 items per camp and i still can't build anything new -.-. From now on i only buy shelters that are 3x or more in size of a normal camp budget

I use the armco ammo machine, make tons of spikes which only require steel, then exchange them for fuel.

I have a list of item memorized that produce resources beyond steel or wood. I continuously pick up these items as a habit. Easier than switching from resource hunt to regular game play. I maintain most at about 300 per as it is enoiugh to build a full set of armor or any weapon. No fallout 1st so 1200 lb. Limit still applies. When I get excess resources I just dump them into donation boxes for others. I am only short resources after doing things like making a couple hundred nuka grenades for general purposes. You use aluminum up. Regular frag grenades production eats up oil and aluminum. Keeping resources at 300 per still fills the need for all production, more item are just more weight. Collect everything on your list all the time, sort and keep your stash piles maxed at 300. Do not be afraid to let the excess go. You will get more as you follow your memorized collectable list. No production shortages ever and lowest basic box weight for sustained play.

Don't forget to collect the surgical trays in whitesprings refuge everytime you enter. 5 or 6 there. Robots good source. See radio tower above rusty pick for 1 robobrain, 4 protectron and 3 laser turrets.

I still don´t get why the weenie wagon is such a big deal. I am carnivore and even if totally desperate having no other food, i would rather go and hunt for a bit before eating dogfood. As for the prewar challenges, they aren´t hard if you don´t have it.

Oil is easy to get now that cutting fluid is a much more common plan. I just make cutting fluid with water i get from events, when a camp has unlocked water generators, or when a camp is selling it for cheap. And fuel is so plentiful in daily ops and expeditions, even if you're using a flamer. My only use for oil is explosives

I've never really considered oil hard to find; the stuff that contains it seems to be everywhere and in decently large quantities. Oil cans, gas cans, fuel canisters, oil canisters, Mr.Handy fuel, soap, industrial shortening, if you're out just looking for junk in general then it is not hard to come back with a ton of oil.

I really want this churn because I'm a collector collector, but I feed my Holy Fire and Cremator using the ammo points converter (yes, I know the interface is clunky). 5mm is as common as dirt, and railway spikes only take steel to make. Much more resource efficient than making tons of cutting fluid. Also, just like the weenie wagon I plan on powering this using tatos. Food making food.

I always have a shortage of oil for my Holy Fire (I've stopped using it because I was so low on oil). It looks like I'll be hoping for the new butter churn plans in the next couple of weeks 🤞

I just got the cutting fluid plan yesterday and proceeded to make a ton of bulk oil which sold in minutes in my shop.

Oh man....I'm stoked, I branched my builds out because of oil shortages.

The first thing i did with my atoms from fallout 1st was buy camp slots for hard to collect resources. I have an acid camp and oil camp and make flame fuel by the thousands. Oil is frustrating cause i have to go back to my camp every 15 min just to collect and at that it only makes 5, which im glad they'll add that cause it'll make it more worth while

I'm surprised we haven't gotten a version of the chicken coop that generates chicken thighs, or a small game trap that can generate opossum, squirrel, or beaver meat...

It'd be nice if it made actual butter. I feel like we haven't gotten any new food items or recipes in a long time, I think the most recent ones were the ones from Nuka World. Butter has a lot of potential. Butter cake, lobster rolls, biscuits, etc.

Got two of these plans just today. I'll just say it produces cooking oil about as fast as you can churn butter.

I had soooo much oil not too many levels ago . Then i started using the Flamers / Cremator and ran through about 44k fuel . you really go through recourses faster than you think

There's a tree that produces sap(adhesive) log pile that generates wood, a meat rack that generates meat etc yes there's a verified list of items and all are super useful to have. If setup right can make it to where u never need to go junk/food or really anything farming in general.

The butter churn isn't going to fit very well aesthetically with my camp - too 'rustic' - oh well, guess I'll hide it around back somewhere.

scrap cooking oil give you 1 Oil + 1 Plastic,that is oil+plastic generator

Just gonna float a standing offer of 20k© 😅 much like i have for all the other generators you have to grind for. Also ps, if you arent afraid of a tiny amount of grinding there is a workshop that has 3 oil generators, although it caps at 5 per, they fill quickly so you can go back and forth from events pretty reliably.

So the motorized butter churn has been in the game since the Skyline Valley update, but the plan won't be available unto tomorrow. Frankly, I've chomping at the bit to get my hands on this one so I can complete the build on my main camp or build a mobile mini camp.

I guess at this point is no reason to getting camp on most of resource mining fields, we got so many collecting items for camps by now and not all of them are locked by atom shop even As people say, yes, camp budget is small.. I built new camp after update and I built two prefab buildings, crafting stations, some decodations and one shelter entrance, and I am almost full, I can remove turrets probably as so far I had no mobs attacking that camp but I hope it is intended and not bug because my last camp had every day I really actively played something destroyed and it is just so irritating to need constantly fixing something all the times.. so if they keep adding camo stuff, maybe getting more space in camps would be nice really

i dont know if im really lucky or the drop chance isnt low because ive gotten the butter chrn and weenie wagon plans both in under 5 runs from their respected events

Only craft fuel if you want to get rid of acid, oil, and a bit of steel. Using the ammo converter is way easier than this. The item does look alright though, and doesn't take up much space.

The limit is weight based. I’d use math to figure out the difference between 10 acid and cooking oil, I’d assume it’ll fit the same weight.

@@LocustaVampa I’m not exactly sure since I’ve never tried the instrument method but I’ve seen plenty of others doing it so there’s a good chance it works. Personally I just go find a place to hide. Usually on the church bell tower and toss a rubber band on the controller. I’ll leave the console running overnight. I did this the last Fasnacht we had and still only managed to get 3 out of the 4 glowing masks. Oh, and even if someone nukes the event while you’re afk, as long as your corpse is still at the location, you will still get the rewards of the event. My dead body was on the server for hours and I kept raking in the rewards every hour like clockwork.

The new pemmican "stove" is only new item i really want. Too bad its about the high light of this scoreboard though

If they could give us a way of farming Ballistic Fiber in our camps, id defo pay for that!

I go into expeditions with 1000 fuel and come out with 3500 lol. I'm up to like 50k in my ammobox lol. I turn it into caps when I'm low because it sells super easy. RUN EXPIDITIONS! THEY CAN BE DONE SOLO!! they get easier and easier once you learn them.

I use oil for paint skins. Probably why I constantly have over 4000 oil. But I’ll probably get this anyway.

Got it on my second run feel really lucky lol

I have yet to get a glowing mask, I did get some of the older rare masks I was missing last time so I'm not too upset about it.
