Just pulled this off. Grenade Malphite in the new set. Seraph's, mage cap and morellos. 7 mages Malphite (magecap) Nami (magecap) = aoe stun's forever 2 mountain 5 ocean 4 warden 2 mystic 2 shadow Actually hyperrolled when I was lvl 9 and got a 3* Malphite. Was winning before but going from 2.5 sec stun to 5 sec stun was just stupid

Braum is not a bad unit, he will carry all of your games, also if you get him tier 3 and give him thornmail and maybe a warmogs he will never die.

Soraka and Ionic Spark seem to completely destroy Ocean Man build.

I had this exact 6 ocean 6 mage lineup but i was fckd in the end by an inferno team with a ONE STAR lux smh

like how you made a t2 item on a unit that you sold. I don't know what you would call it, your bench? with all your extra units? I never considered making an item on a unit that wasn't on the field. DIdn't know you could do that.

Did 6 mage with zyra and brand

cloud needed the nerf, i mean what happens if you got 3 trapclaws/quicksilver and mystic with 4 clouds? the answer: 100% dodge rate and a dragon (+ no cc options) for one unit and 40% dodge rate + dragon for rest xD but more important, i hate randomness on units, means lux and qiana.... god damn why cant you just take more units that have different origins instead....

Just Lux is random until you buy her the first time. Qiyanah or however she is spelled always has the hex element

yeah i find this comp pretty nice i rarely lose when i go for Ocean/mages, the main problem is RNG and other people taking same champs

What good about Toast is he know his skill as a player and dont pretend to be nice instead focus on his game and his commentary Edited: ITS JUST AMAZING TO WATCH SUCH A RAW PERSON

vlads a crap unit tbh. Hes a tank, not a carry. He lifedrains, doesnt have AoE and doesnt rock crazy single target burst. His heal is also dependant on the enemy unit not having MR, any dragons claw carry will wipe the floor with him, as will any aoe comp. So basically, any comp.

@@zily7866 Vlad is ok, you just need to know what his purpose is in the game. One-cost units simply aren't meant to carry you all the way through the late game. A stacked one-star unit will get you through until maybe mid-game if you stack them with items or three star them. Once you start facing opponents with bigger synergies and higher cost units they drop off pretty hard. Just because Vlad stopped being able to carry late game doesn't mean he's a crap unit. It just means he's a one-cost unit, which by the game's construction makes him an early game unit.

If malph mage he ult 2 time i think its better than 6 ocean

I think AD might be kinda OP at the moment, I was just messing around on there and ended up with max wardens, but still got smushed by AD. Came third, top two teams were both full AD, so it didn't seem to counter them all that well :x

DT, I consider you to be above average :), Also, just to confirm, if more than one player are building the same unit, you're sharing the pool for those units? One should scout what other players are building and perhaps decide to build a unit no one is? Thanks!

You are correct in that there is a shared pool every champion is taken from. There's 29 of each tier 1 units, 22 tier 2, 16 tier 3, 12 tier 4 & only 10 of each tier 5 units. There's a more detailed explanation along with a table of dropchances pr. player level in this link: www.esportstales.com/teamfight-tactics/champion-pool-size-and-draw-chances And yes you should always take a look at what comps are doing well and try to look at how to counter them I think. That being said I have a really hard time of doing this myself. I think the most important change from set 1 is that there's a lot more options and no 'real' hard counters (like fx 4 wild always beating yordles or dragons creaming mages in set 1) so you will probably have to pivot your comp a lot more to remain competitive throughout a game (assuming others are doing the same of course). All that being said I'm a pretty average player myself so take the 'tactical input' with a grain of salt though I hope it helps you climb and/or have fun :)
