I always loved boss bottled edt, but this edp is even better.. so classy, elegant, masculine, sweet and long lasting. The best hugo boss fragrance!!! 🔥

Great review, enjoyed the smelling of the scent. Doesn't remind me of the EDT or intense version, it's more of a unique and modern interpretation of the OGs. Good Allrounder and a Boss-like gentleman scent.

how does the EDP compare to Boss Bottled Absolute EDP (by Annick Mernado)? from what i can smell (i do own the Absolute) it's stronger and more reminiscent of the initial formulation of the EDT (the current reformulation is a sad shell and disappeared on me after a couple of hours). love the Absolute so would like to hear your thoughts and comparison of the EDP and Absolute. This fragrance is great very masculine scent ... from the opening too the dry down its heavenly ... I must buy for collectors and a safe blind buy for the average person ... buy it before it gets reformulated

What is a better flanker? This new EDP or the Intense EDP?

You didn't get the sage? I got a ton of apple bubble gummy sage and that olive wood accord. This is almost gourmand smelling to me. Its tied for my favorite with bottled intense followed by private accord.

Hmm, not another one lol! However I really liked last year's Absolute version which was also an EDP, it came across as a great modern take of the original EDT but a little less sweet and with a more masculine edge.

Steven, I noticed that you rarely talk about Naxos or Italica. You also don't include them in your lists. Not a big fan of them?

not sure if this is til read. But I believe that they changed the classic boss bottled. The scent goes away very fast. I remember that that it used to smell all day. you could still smell it yourself in the evening. I wonder if you could command on that?

I got given a tester of this when I bought Mont Blanc explorer… that was months ago … just got round to spraying it and wowsa I really like it … just managed to get a 200ml bottle for £54 as well which seems like an absolute bargain… seems to last longer than Mont Blanc explorer and seems very versatile and classy … boss by name boss by nature 🤷🏻‍♂️

Wanted by night is made by L’Oréal now , unless you get an old bottle it’s weak as ants piss mate and not the same juice it was ✌️

Just picked up the EDT for the fall and was looking forward to the warm "apple pie 🥧" and cinnamon notes that seem to always get mentioned by reviewers. All I'm getting is the smell of gasoline and diesel fumes so far..wtf? PS: picked it up at a tjmax like discounter store..

Now then I got my bottle today 200mil so smooth i think this one is little different from all the others I really love this hugo boss one I will say its what you need in a fragrance love it

@@carltondouglas4997 ermm its not bad you smell in for good 4 to 5 hours well with me and the place where live makes i better too. Had a shower the it was really I mean really faint had to put my nose to my hand to smell it. I love that line of hugo boss its what you would expect from the bottle line

How does it compare to the Intense version from 2015.? Seems kind of redundant.

I think its just me but as time went on the newer boss bottled fragrances and flankers smelt less natural and more plasticky and they lost the apple pie type smell .. they smell more like apple juice or apple candy. The original boss bottle intense eu de toillette I find to be a preety bad fragrance. The boss bottled intense eu de parfum is quite a lot better but still not a great fragrance. I havent even tried the orinal boss bottled because Im scared theyve probably watered it down to nothing. Is this fragrance a return to glory? Does it smell natural again? does it perform?

This could be any random modern scent, I don't find any similarities between the EDT and this one. Was hoping for a more powerful version with a bit more spiciness than the EDT. This one is just another sweet Invictus-styled fragrance (doesn't smell like invictus but has the same kind of style).

i thought it was the same as EDT but just at a stronger concentration. is it not?

I like how you see through note pyramids and call it out when clearly a pyramid has been inflated. A lot of fragrances at this price level have 2-3 notes accompanied by a chemical soup 🥣 But the note pyramids sometimes rival vintage aromatic fougeres.

Boss Bottled EDT and EDP are nothing alike, if you like the edt as I do, you'll be disappointed... Like I was.

There's a mild similarity, but I still find them to be different

Will be interesting to see the difference between this and the intense. Half a spray of intense and you’re in apple and cinnamon heaven for 18 hours! EDP toned down?

That's the Intense version.

What a coincidence I have this and coach blue on the way from macys . Im stoked to get both. I have been wearing Bvlgari Glacial essence and wow I just find it so unique, its a cool fragrance that does make you feel like you're on a cool mountain. Its definitely working in summer here but I am excited to see how it feels and works come the colder months.

I love Bvulgari Glacial essence has for about 2 years now but I have enjoyed it more in the cold than hot weather much more, like 3 times better! But that’s just me.

Bottled Intense and the the Eau de Parfum are quiet different from each other. If you like the EDT, go for the Intense. If you're open for something new and a bit more spicy and less sweet, go for the EDP.

In my oppinion your looks are much2 better without really thick beard.Thin beard is the best.

Hugo Boss discontinued the Intense fragrance, so this is now the closest thing you'll get to it. I alter now between this and the original Boss Bottled EDT. If I'm going out, this is better because it lasts a bit longer.

Ye it smells pretty much the same as intense edp.i was wearing intense for the last 5-6yrs and am glad i found something very close to it.wife cudnt tell the difference.this bottled edp smells even stronger
