I assume public libraries are a thing in Georgia?

Electronic devices are why 44% of the students have a lower reading grade than what they should be.

Find out who builds these machines and I guarantee there is a connection to the person that implemented them.

Georgia Lottery! More than $27.6 billion raised for the students of Georgia. Apparently, books aren't in the 27 billion budget. I wonder how many books need to be sold to pay for the machine?

Being in the City of Atlanta, they will soon realize that the machine's economics will only pencil out if the machine also sells ammo, Newports, rolling papers, and identity concealing masks.
