If he gets it off classic euro parts they have a vey simple kit that can be used to fit everything up plus advice and directions in forums its super straightforward

yup i have an 87 with mtech 2 bumpers just found used late model bumper shocks and crash beams for front and back along with the late model valance of front to be able to run foglights...only modification needed for the bumpers was the rear needed the edges cut roughly 1-2 inches because of the different sized rear quarters on the early model
