I think our beam hits twice because it’s a literal laser out of your eyes and you have two eyes

26:05 you have multiple damage multipliers (listed down below) -arc suit -isshins - grim -heretic (lose your mind) -chain of perfection -prophets cloak

Arc Beam got a nerf, or well a bug fix. This build is still viable but is not recommended because arc beam was supposedly doing upwards of 10x the PVE dmg it should be so the reduce it down to 2x.

arc beam hits twice and since pve is more elemental scaling, it scales off of 2 elements including dvm, and burn, then nullifying clarity procs with the 2 effects and two hits. arc beam is gonna always be like this unless they change something pve wise
