Alot of DEAD WALLETS for sure...

This feels like a soft attempt at a Superblast competitor until you get to stack height. Not sure $200 for dual density makes sense when the Superblast is a few bucks more. Will be an interesting one to follow.

@@AlexFilitti A really interesting segment that I’m eager to see more options for. The Superblast has stood alone as a “super trainer” without a plate. ES3, Mach X, Boston, etc. all have a stiffener.

It doesn’t sound like it’s dual density in the traditional sense. It sounds like the EVA is the light orange part of the soul and is there to protect the PEBA without making the ride firmer or harsher like a more traditional rubber outsole would.

I would say more Endorphin Speed competitor. Considering the use, look of the shoe and how popular the Endorphin Speed line is NB don't have a shoe like it

@@teknikal07 The ES3 has the nylon plate, hence not equating them in my head, but you may have a point in certain aspects.

this shoe is crazy! here New Balance designed the curvature of the midsole that I dreamed of! the upper is definitely perfect too!

The shape of the midsole reminds me of Skechers Go Run MaxRoad 5. If these shoes provide the same feeling underfoot, I'll definitely buy them.

New balance may be the brand of 2024 … look forward to trying that shoe

I'm an 880-1080-More runner and happy. I'm not sure this fits in but I'll look for reviews. I've wanted to try a supershoe but they don't come in a wide 4E. The FF line generally offers their shoes in 4E so I will look for the reviews when they come out. I actually have enough shoes through 2024 due to all of the sales the past month but this is one that I'm curious about.

Did I hear correctly, 33mm stack height at the back? That's maybe low against the competition, on the other hand if it's too squishy and no plate then I get it.

NB is 100% killing it ! I was a huge Asics fan , but i became NB fan now !

I guess it will compete with the Asics SuperBlast. But it is an allowed shoes to use in competition.

... after looking at the shoe on a few differing videos.. these are growing on me.. I may have to give them a try

So this is why the 1080 went from being the brands versatile and flagship daily trainer and then with v13 turned into a recovery run shoe, which one could argue the More v4 does exponentially better.

Similar time here and I have the same question.

Balos means left-handed or something for the left side in Hungarian, so when I saw the title, I just thought, "They only sell the left one?! How about the right one?"

So they deliberately made the 1080v13 so soft that they created room for a more stiffer version….sounds dodge

I bit less « tempo » oriented I would say. But we’ll find out

she had me until the EVA ground contact rubber... at the price point you would hope it would be more durable.... this is definitely an uptempo trainer compared to the 1080. The price point is crazyy... like this would be nice at 160 - 180 dollars...

I think it’s like the sole being rounded on the sides. Like the midsole makes a u shape when you look at it from the front

@@JoutarouKuujou1I really don’t know tbh, I know it’s also used in basketball shoes and there doesn’t seem to be too much problem. Also, with the foam being so soft, the feeling of side to side rocker probably disappears when you land

@@JoutarouKuujou1 Good point -- I've never fitted out a side to side rocker shoe, but imagine it probably wouldn't be an ideal choice for my mild overpronation...

I was thinking the same thing. The Beacon was the best all-around daily trainer that New Balance had. This shoe looks just like it, and hopefully, it will perform like it too.

200$ that’s 260 new balance € right?

With there European price policy at least 240€. At the end of the day it's a quicker daily trainer for a lot of money.

What kind of strategy is it when it takes around 7 months after the announcement to hit the market? You can bet that the Chinese have already designed and manufactured a replica of it, so that when it hits the market, there will be no more buyers who want it.

What would be the right price point for it you think?

200 dollars for a Training Shoe. .. Then you spend another 300 in Racing Shoe.

00:046 they need a better spokesperson…should couldn’t even get out the buzz words lol His face is like…come on say “minimal effort” …“shoe of the year”. Then she vomited “super shoe/Super trainer”.
