I think it’s probably similar but they added some perforated exhaust parts to make the sound even sweeter👌

@@v12-s65no it sounds exactly the same my mom has a 2022 with the sport exhaust and it’s pretty good volume for stock but not as loud as svr

Unerwartet guter Sound, hätte gedacht das er deutlich schlechter ausfallen würde. Aber Audi hat ja mit den RS6/7 Performance und RS4/5 Competition gezeigt das sie doch noch Sound können :)

Too bad the pricing is so absurd even on the used market, a 2019 50 TDI is like 50-60k here in sweden😂 Not even remotely worth it.
The SQ8 somehow sounds much more like an Urus than the RSQ8 😅

Moin moin Automann, wie wäre es gelegentlich mit ein paar Drive-By-Aufnahmen ohne Volllast, also im Teilllastbetrieb oder gar beim Cruisen? Denn so hört man das Auto im Alltag ja doch überwiegend und die Klangkulisse fällt bei vielen Autos dann ganz anders aus.

Finde da fehlt das SQ8 Logo am Frontgrill. Außerdem sind die neuen 2D Logos katastrophal finde ich:( Beim A6/A7 Facelift haben die es ja auch hingekriegt, noch echte 3D Logos aus Aluminium zu machen. Schade.

AUDIo engine exhaust sounds
The SQ8 is very finicky to launch. I have done 3.6 0-60 (no rollout) consistently on dragy in my moms

The RS Q8 along with the Urus are even more finicky, since when you initially launch it, it cuts the power a tiny bit once it detects wheel slip.

@@TonyKimtheamusementparkfan that’s weird. When I launch the SQ8 with traction off if I let off at the right moment (when boost is on its way up, let off before the boost gauge stops) it will light up all 4 and go
are the exhaust tips real ones tho?

Yeah, the Q8 and pre facelift SQ8 TDI had fake exhausts
Sounds better than any new bmw.

And also slower, as is any Audi - besides the low-budget Huracan known as R8 - compared to and BMW or Benz.

@@CLSTRN911 Very true. If you want a boring car, you go for Audi. Thrashed around my brother-in-laws RSQ8 around for a weekend. I’ve never been less impressed and bored by 600 hp, comparing it to my experience in a X6M E71, M5 F10, M6 F06, E63 W213, C63 C205, M3 E92, 750i G11, hell even RS5 8T lmao. Any AMG or M is leaps and bounds ahead of competing Audi models.
