Yup my ears hurt now....

Note that this is wireless and not blue-tooth. This is a big plus for me as bluetooth can be a bit unreliable, it takes me about 10 minutes for my phone to talk to bluetooth stuff, bluetooth - we like standards so much every phone company made their own.

I was told that CaDA and Lepin Power function elements are made by the same factory in China and the quality (or non quality) is the same. The Li-ion battery is 7.4V/ 500mAH. I hope the Li-ion battery from CaDA has sufficient quality to be safe for extended use at high discharge. Pic of the receiver dismantled showing the battery specs is on the net.

Dutch Lego kontol

My brother bought a similar set for my nephew and I spent some hours trying to get it to work. It did work for like 2 minutes the nothing. I tried about every button thinking it was a pairing issue. We already had to re-soldere one of the buttons which wasn't flat on the PCB and would register other directions too, then I reopened the remote and noticed a bad solder joint on the quartz, redid the soldering on it and now it works fine. The QA on these is just inexistant, sadly.

The sounds and "music" were really annoying, apart from that thanks for sharing

mine doesn't flasg blue when connected to the charger. just stays red and it doesn't turn on. how to fix?

I am afraid I am not able to help you. Maybe try to write to the producer.

2.4GhZ: Great. Lipo: great. Remote: not so much, even the front controllers are basically just switches, you can't set a motor to half speed or a servo to half steering.

the battery box with 4 connectors are so good :) (lego powr functions only have 2 for receiver :(

Is it possible to control 4 L-motors with this controller? Is it possible to use the L-motor on each of the 4 ports or can I use only 2 L-motors on the yellow/black ports and 2 servos on the red/blue ports?

Depends on your fantasy which motor you use. Color on the ports is just for diversification and easier orientation (there are identical colors on the remote control).

Hello, I want to buy this remote, for the train. From your video I can see that the motor only spins when you hold down the key. Is it possible to have a function to just press and have the motor spin by itself?

I'm not sure if this system can do it, but there are programmable systems (eg kzread.info/dash/bejne/dGyMqZtyoZWyirA.html) it would probably work there.

Can you please measure the Voltage it sends to each output? This would be really interestin, because the housing seems to be nicked from the buwizz.

No problem - there are more bands on this remote control so you can use more controllers simultaneously. My children tested on two vehicles (51058 + 51041; by I think there can be more). All you need is to pair what you need - just turn on/off and it pairs automaticly.

I think this type will stop blinking and glow green (or blue) after charging (different manufacturers use different colors). It is advisable to use the recommended adapter.

Quality is not bad, remote control works very well, no problem control all four parts in the same time. Servo motor has three positions only, so steering with it is not very smooth.

I'm afraid that the speed cannot be changed with this controller (but I haven't used it for a long time). At the moment I mainly use Mold King with six ports and the speed can be changed there very well - kzread.info/dash/bejne/dGyMqZtyoZWyirA.html.

I'm not sure about this version, for example, but the Mold King control can do it, and I think the newer version of CaDA also offers a phone control option. But I personally prefer a hardware remote control.

turn both off turn the battery pack on then turn the remote control on the remote controll should flash for a bit and then there should be no light coming from the remote when you press an imput the green light should blink and your model should do its function

the output is 8.4volt as it is lithium ion & not lithium polymer. It has auto pairing system between TX & RX, so you can play with as many friends as you like without disturbing each other frequency. More over, it has a battery saver which will turn of RX & TX if there is no activities within 4 minute of period. Recommend it & worth buying 😉

You Are using chinese Copy lego motors. Are they good ( i think tan it is no logo) Is servo working good? Because i saw it on eBay for 5€ but in my coutry it is aprox 25€

Hello, motors are good, except servo - servo has only three position, of steering is very bad - only straight, full left or full right, nothing in between... But everything is working.

I have lepin (chinese) servo, bad sound, and it can t work (i Made rc mod of 42041 b model and i used pf 9v box- it is not working in same time when Lego original L motor is Spinning same with 7.2v in 7.2 Are rechargable batterys and is better to buy lepin few L or XL motors?

Ich habe verschiedene Ladegeräte ausprobiert, alle funktionieren einwandfrei. Ich bin mir sicher, dass das Aufladen über die Steckdose auch funktionieren wird (aber ich habe es nicht versucht), USB sollte vereinheitlicht werden.

Hatte z.B. auch über eine Powerbank nachgedacht, um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen, aber damit macht man eventuell dann auch was falsch. Möchte einfach keinen Schaden an der Stromversorgung in den heutigen Zeiten riskieren!

@@Jones3900 Vorsicht ist geboten. Vermutlich ist es besser, ein klassisches USB-Ladegerät als ein Schnellladegerät zu verwenden, zumindest gibt es eine solche Empfehlung im Handbuch, aber das Ladegerät sollte sich an das Gerät anpassen.

Dies sollte kein Problem sein, jeder Treiber paart sich mit einem Empfänger. Ich habe es sogar geschafft, zwei Empfänger mit einem Treiber zu steuern, aber es ist wahrscheinlich kein vollständiges Standard-Feature - kzread.info/dash/bejne/o4Wm2KmwobqzlqQ.html.

My remote seems to be defective. It doesnt matter which direction I press, every motor moves in the same direction every time. I press up it turns right, i press down it turns right. I can´t fix it. I think i have to send it back.

@@ImDamian09 Yes, it can center (I have more these motors and with one was problem - did not return to the center, but it was probable my fault, I crash with the car), but movement is not so smooth like with Lego. I saw in another video that this has three positins only, Lego has more (there was one video with comparition). Other motors are good, but servo is better to buy original Lego. However this works too.

Ne, každý prodejce si určuje vlastní cenu dopravy. Je to jen služba pro snazší kontakt mezi nabízejícími a kupujícími (Lego). Cena je podle toho, odkud je prodejce (z jaké země).

wyłącz baterię wyłącz pilota,włącz baterię i dopiero pilota. ewentualnie naładuj baterię bo może była rozładowana. tam nie trzeba nic programować. mogła się też odlutować antena w pilocie stąd nie łączy.

@@tomaszg9702 hej sprawa jest już jasna dowiedziałem się co jest powodem, otóż......... każda bateria z pilotem ma swoje kody identyfikujace bateria-pilot więc nowsze baterie mogą nie działać ze starym pilotem bo po prostu się nie widzą. można to naprawić ale trzeba wiedzieć który scalak na pilocie i baterii to mikrokontroler i w odpowiednim programatorze odczytać zawartość scalaka i poszukać odpowiedniego "wsadu" zaprogramować i ponownie zamontować.

I reckon it was my telling you about Cada in another of your videos that got you to look for it and buy this item...you could have at least replied to my questions on the other video....thats pretty bad of you - especially not replying. Btw your aliexpress link doesn't work.

Yes, dimensions are identical, but this receiver do not support smartphone, only original remote controller.

Mine is dead after 2 uses
