Her 'sound booth' rehearsal of Billie Holiday's 'I'm A Fool to Want You' is beyond amazing, for it shows us where Angelina learned so many of the subtle elements she learned from Billie.

Nice reaction Debra! Did you catch what Angelina said at around the 1:40 mark of your video? If you watch her eyes, she is looking for someone and appears concernd. As she moves away from the mic, she asked her mom Sara, "Where's Juliette?"(her sister) Sara answers Angelina by saying, " with Michael", her uncle. Once she got the answer, she went right back and focused on the song. What a big sister and a pro! By the way, have you checked out her brand new song called Our Time? It is a real banger! It's upbeat, groovy, and makes you want to move and dance!

It's quite understandable as to why she is able to improve on any heartfelt ballad originally performed by Adele. Adele is a great 'Pop' singer, but there is no way any 'Pop' singer can match the emotion laden penetration a true 'Jazz' specialist like Angelina brings forth in her renditions. The only singer, who in my estimation, could compete on a level with this girl, concerning heartfelt ballads, is her true musical mentor, Billie Holiday. all you need to realize is the fact that Angelina has said, there would be no Angelina Jordan today if not for Billie. No other singer is held in as high regard as Billie, for it was she who showed Angelina how to bring so many unique elements of her singing to the fore. Billie was the most improvisational 'Jazz' singer of all time and truly deserved the title 'Queen Of Jazz'. She has passed that baton to Ms. Jordan, for sure.
