I love Land vs Sea, probably because it's one of the only games my Dad will play with me. 😅 It's a nice, light, easy to teach, small box game so it's staying in my collection. Love these videos, as it's good to evaluate why a game is in your collection, and what you do/don't like about it.

Have you played the Journeyman expansion for Isle of Skye? For two players, it’s quite fun. I play it with my wife a lot.

Wildcatters is such an amazing game. Their other game - Coffee Traders - was the best game of 2021, and Wildcatters is even better. My one issue with the games was mentioned by Johannes - it's a 4 player game (not the 2-4 that it says on the box). I'm sure it would be in my top 20 if I had time to do my rankings.

Gloucester rhymes with "foster" :) English place names are fun! :D I bet I would mispronounce tons of Norwegian place names. (German here.)

Wow, I didn't know foster was pronounced fou-CHES-ter! I love learning new things on this crazy Norwegian rambling channel. They even talk about board games sometimes! Just kidding!!!! 😂

Recently got a BNIS copy of Wildcatters from a bring and buy. Got it home, only to find that EVERY single oil barrel piece was missing from the box. 😢

@@BoardGamingRamblings I've bought some wooden dowels, and will cut them into the required sizes, then wrap them in coloured tape. I don't have the energy to paint them. 😆

I wonder if you sit together from time to time, talking about your relationship and then raise the paddle.
