New and Improved Knowledge Base Step!

On Tuesday (11/21/23) we will be making a large update the Knowledge Base (KB) and Set AI steps. This update is based on the feedback we've gotten over the last few months from thousands of community members around improving the accuracy and usability of the Knowledge Base.
This update will introduce the following features and upgrades to the Knowledge Base Steps:

    I think the new version is missing the old feature of where one could not output anything from the KB step. I would like to output the response in a different Text module, but I cant since I cannot disable the output from the KB module.

    Awesome updates! Would love it if it could state the pdf document the answer comes from and have the ability to click to open.

    What is a scenario where you would want to override the prompt?

    If I use the not found path, shouldn't I also delete the not found option inside the prompt? How does voiceflow know that the answer is not found? Do you use keyword search to recognize it?

    when i click on preview it asks me for a value. what shall i enter in that? edit : nevermind i fixed it.

    The problem with this update is that they have turned AI response into something less responsive overall. What I did was structure the knowledge base documents better and based on that I selected the ones I needed and still could offer much more information. With this new update I can no longer perform this action, especially speaking of a chatbot for ecommerce where I have more than 20 products with their descriptions. Now I have to think about how it should work with this update or maybe there are other options that I am not considering.

    I don't know if i am the only one to face this problem, but my assistant always includes in its answer in the end the following: "##Query" and then a random question. I don't know how to solve this problem, i have made it clear in the prompt and the system not to do that but it keeps repeating it every time, despite recognising the problem. I have used all AIs (ChatGPT 3.5, ChatGPT 4, Claude Instant etc) but nothing changes. Additionally, i have been using the pro plan for over 2 weeks.
