Why do you need a BOM (Bill of Materials)? You saw what was used. Use galvanized zinc if you don't want rust, or paint your iron rods very, very well, or coat them in plastic. I'd do both. For materials get a synthetic canvas cloth - nylon, polypropylene, which needs to be UV resistant and water repellent.
