Thanks for the kind words. The Mira is the flagship model that has kicked off the Mezurashii workshop series. I will keep doing this so we can all see the end result. Thanks for watching

@@mokujin6507 I'm so glad that everyone has the same opinion on seeing the Mira project through with me. The other project won't be started for a little while yet so stay tuned.

As others have commented, the Mira is the car that brought us to this channel and kept us watching so it should definitely not be neglected in favour of your new love! I’ve seen your reply and so I know you won’t do that and perhaps alternate episodes on each car will be the way to go as the new car will no doubt have it’s own set of unique and interesting challenges. It will also mean that if parts get delayed on one project you can turn your attention back to the other.

You won't give up on this little Mira and neither will I 😊. In the past I've always over thought buying project cars and have missed lots of opportunities. This time I snapped it up but won't be starting it quite yet. There will come a time where I will be waiting for Mira parts and was a bit worried about running out of content. Bit of future planning for the channel. Thanks as always for commenting.

Is there an easier way to remove the foam sound deadener from the ceiling? I have a similar problem with the L60, except my fixed back bucket seats take about 20 minutes per side to remove (I made a complicated seat adaptors).

The scrim foam on headlining has always been a messy job for me, Even more so if someone has re glued it back into place. In the UK I would scrape as much as possible off then use a glue and tar remover chemical. I haven't found any in local car shops yet but it dissolves the glue and can be wiped off. Heating the glue just makes a mess. I have had similar seat issues in the past with fixed bucket seats. After market tilting subframes made the seats too high.
