Hi Sara, great haul. I keep going in store and checking the app at 6 am, I was able to get the elephant globe and the 4 leaf clover wallflower plug.😊😊😊

Tfs! I placed an order that had 1 handsoap. When i opened up my locker i immediately smelled something coming from the box. It was my fresh lemon gel handsoap that leaked.

So you need to call customer service .sometimes they send the whole order again so you could be owning 71 times 2. Let us know how they handled your soapy mess especially since they are out of a lot😢

It’s just crazy to me that B&BW just tosses stuff in a box with one or two strips of bubble wrap and hopes your items arrives in tact. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I have ordered so much from BBW during SAS then when the late summer/fall scents came out I started ordering those as well and ordered candles, soaps, body care, wallflowers and room sprays. Laundry detergent, Booster beads etc. I'm getting a lil overwhelmed because I already have a candle room with 3,000 plus candles in it and have ordered tons more candles.🤦 I love my hand soaps as well because I go through hand soaps and viva paper towels like crazy. I'm a clean freak and have to keep my hands clean for sure. I also ordered some of the gel hand soaps which I prefer the foaming hand soaps but I'll take any of them when they're only a couple bucks each. I did get some foaming hand soaps as well but most were sold out. But it was No biggie I have a Ton of foaming hand soaps already anyway I had at least 3 of my soaps leak also in one of my orders. What was really disappointing is about 3 weeks ago three orders that I placed was supposed to be delivered all at once that morning and unfortunately we must have had a new UPS guy that delivered my three boxes of BBW products to someone else. It said in my email that it was hand delivered to the customer. Well it wasn't hand delivered to me and whoever took my packages knowing that they did not belong to them should be ashamed because in my opinion that is stealing!!! Also a picture is usually taken when an item is delivered by UPS of course there was no picture taken so I don't know if it was just a lazy UPS guy that didn't care where he dropped my items off at or he did give them to the wrong person but I certainly didn't get them. I have a reolink camera And a doorbell camera. So I'm always able to see when anyone approaches my front porch or is at my front door. And usually they ring the door bell on the camera to let me know packages were delivered even though I can usually hear them outside when I'm home. I never saw a UPS guy that day. I did call BBW after calling ups and made a claim and got everything straightened out of course some of the things I ordered were no longer available because some of it was SAS items and of course they were sold out and it was so disappointing. One of the boxes that was delivered to someone else had 12 candle in it. The other box was full of hand soaps plus several laundry detergents and Booster beads And the third box was full of wallflower refills. When I called BBW like I said most of those items were already sold out I did get a few that they were able to be reshipped but not very many they had to end up refunding me for most of the items but fortunately I was still able to receive some of the candles that they still had online. All I know if someone's packages was brought to me and I knew they didn't belong to me I would let them know that they weren't mine or if they were dropped off on my front porch I would definitely have to find that person to give them their packages I couldn't keep somebody's items that did not belong to me. That's just ridiculous but then again there's not a lot of honest people in the world these days! Awesome Haul Sara.. 💗

oh my goodnes Tammy, that is awful!! Yes, I have had packages delivered not from BBW but other places that were delivered to my house and were not mine, and I always found the people the box belonged to and give it to them. Sorry that happened to you that is not fun. What a headache to go thru
