20:56 you can get the free throw line dunk by holding down on the right stick as soon as you hit the free line. it works for me but idk if it’ll work for you 🤷‍♂️

As someone who has a hard time shooting, I suggest putting the shot meter off (but maybe for the first few shots you try of a new jump build, the meter is ok). More importantly build your hot zones, they give you a bigger green window and you can get a free two instant hot zones at start of each week.
