Just bought the 2023 High Country 3.0 Duramax in Northsky Blue. We love it! We took a 5000 mile road trip (literally right off the Dealer lot) from Arizona to New York and back. Zero issues. went through 12.5 Gallons of DEF, and got an average of 25.6 MPG with an average of 56 MPH (with 20-30mph headwinds 70-80% of the time.) Very comfortable, quiet, powerful and reliable. Tech is more than adequate. Great price and value! We plan lots of road trips, so the 3.0L was our choice. If we were to just use around town and the occasional road trip, we would have considered the 6.2L gas or 6.6L Duramax.

I have a 2022 just like that but added the multiflex tailgate and sunroof really like the tech package i always have my rear view mirror on camera

The 20's look so much better then those guady 22's and the truck and still do truck stuff like drive over a curb without ruining the wheels

It blows my mind that the multi flex tailgate, sunroof, and basically all the options in the technology package don't come standard on a high country level trim.

Budget for 70k?? Ridiculous price

Budget compared to the $83k Denali Ultimate I ordered almost 2 months ago.

Glad I went with the 2023 Sierra Denali when compared with the High Country. IMO, better interior in the Denali. Also liking the MultiPro tailgate more than I thought I would. Had a RetraxPro MX cover installed, and put plugs into the stake pockets (made it more water tight, so better when putting things into it). Also went with the 6.2L v8 because moar POWAH! 😁 IMO Chevy needs to do something different with the interior on at least the High Country compared with the lower trim levels. Like what GMC does for their higher trim levles compared with the lower ones. Would be nice if I could install Pandora onto the head unit of the 2023. I was able to on the 2020, but it won't even show up in a Play Store search (on the head unit). 🙄

Which would you choose this truck or 2023 tundra sr5 for a daily driver and only towing dirtbikes

I just bought one being a ford guy and I am happy

I have a 2018 Z 71. It’s a nice truck but I won’t be buying a new one.

They call it High Country because 1) the monthly payments are high and 2) you gotta be high to pay that much for a work truck.

These are not work trucks. These are family boutique trucks. Work trucks have more room for work stuff and less room for kuds

One problem, the bow tie needs to be moved down one row in the front grill. Look stupid up that high, second thought remove it for a cleaner look.

Have all this stuff in my Sierra with premium package, in addition to the nice tailgate, for a fair amount less than $70K

What’s funny is this is 70,000 meanwhile I just ordered and it came in a 2024 Silverado 2500 HD LTZ 6.6 gas with the Allison for 71 ,300. Fancy tailgate and every option. Half tons are such a rip off, you don’t even have the 6.2 in that truck, what a rip off

about $25k too much.

What ever happened with the 6.6 Duramax buy back? you never responded???

To much chrome, I would like to see an sport version of the high country with mate black and 0 chrome , even the Denali ultimate comes with chrome in certain places , nowadays chrome is no longer trend and makes the car looks dated .

I just made $80,000.00 I didn't buy a new pick-up.

Too much for me. The grille look is nice. I however like my RST Glacier blue. I even put in the glowtie.. sets off the truck at night. If I didn't have 4 legged children I would be more into a Denali or High Country.
