I have the 2018 CHR XLE Premium -love it so VERY much! There is plenty of room in the back and the front and I'm nearly 6 ft tall. I drove a 2017 RAV 4 for a year before trading it in for the CHR - I simply wanted something sportier and smaller. There is no other Toyota body-style I like more than the CHR. However, If Lexus ever made a hybrid vehicle with a similar body style I would consider it. 😁Cheers

I wonder if it is made in Japan. My Turkish-made 2018-XLE is nearing 30k miles. I will have it's transmission fluid changed (not flushed) when it gets to 30k miles - at least it will be recorded at the dealer in case the K114 transmission starts the dreaded "humming noise". I have a switch installed with an Arduino box connected to the computer so that I can put the car in any of the three drive modes. Sport Mode is much more responsive. Oh, this is in Canada. Does the cup holders have lights?

I always wondered about that and looked everywhere for an answer. Apparently there is no setting to change that behavior, however, there is a workaround. Tell your friend to turn off the car in N instead of P. That will keep the radio on. Then you move the stick to P. Make sure the parking brake is in place! Not the most elegant solution, but at least there's an alternative ;)
