This manifestation and law of attraction really work ?..as science and doctors claims this totally false but still I am having some hope..i desparately want to increase my height i saw many videos of law of attraction...for increase height..?

Try stretching every morning first thing when you get out of bed and every evening before bed. Raise your heels and try to reach for the ceiling stretching your arms but also stretching your entire body too. Make sure to keep your balance and push yourself as much as you can. I've used this strategy, I'm a model and it's my go to. I'm 1.79m hope it works for you too. X🧡
