Literally , what Goddard is teaching is to stop complaining and focus your attention on the thing that you want the most. Seriously, the lesson is to be aware of how many things you complain about on a daily basis and cease complaining about them.

For those complaining about the "noice" just don't... the message there is clear enough if you want to hear it
