Why u using penetrating arrows over rapid shot ?

The main reasons I,m using penetrating arrow over rapid shot are 1. Mobility (you can actually hit while moving) 2. Multi damage (you can hit more than 1 targets if you line them up perfectly).

I didn't design the same build by following, but your damage is exactly twice my damage, how is this possible, all our items are the same. ???? build plss.
