“Never See Death” - Part One

As Jesus preached in the temple, He made a bold and extravagant promise, telling His listeners, “If anyone keeps my word, he will never see death.” Incredulous at His claim, the people opposed Him. Alistair Begg explains that the words of Jesus always demand a response, for they are the very words of God. Jesus offers a freedom that only He can provide-one that ultimately frees us from the unnatural intrusion of pain, decay, and death itself. By trusting in Him, the one who has conquered sin and death, we will not perish but have eternal life.
Scripture: John 8:48-59
Preached: January 14, 2024

Death is unnatural, unpleasant, undignified & inescapable. Death is the dreadful penalty for sin.

I just listened to an answer to a question that you were asked about attending transgender marriage. Jesus said to shake the dust off of your shoes to people who will not chose Christ. Going to a trans wedding is a gay wedding. unless it is one guy and a woman who "became a guy" which is weird and gross and still a gay wedding bc the true guy is wanting a guy or vice versa . No we don't need to attend their wedding. you can text and say I love you. Jesus loves you and show your love in that way but going to the wedding shows that you are okay with their sin. And that it doesn't matter, but they denied who God created them to be. It does matter. Jesus would never go to a trans wedding. when he ate with the sinners. they actually were sinners who then became believers. he changed them. only the pharisees and Sadducees did not recognize that they had changed so they still called them publicans and sinners. I have to unsubscribe and pray God opens your eyes and soul to know it isn't a "fine line"
