That seems strange!!! 😮 once I've cast out, I always take the line out of the clip!!! So the fish can run with no problem *obviously you set the clutch as tight as you want , and I just use my distance sticks to clip up again so I know I am casting to the same spot and distance!!!

100% dont know why you would leave ut clipped up

Line clip ?.....a good angler don't need one 😊👍😉

So once you've removed line from clip how do you know on next cast what distance your at

I just go back to the measuring sticks again and reclip up mate 👍

You should have already used your distance sticks to clip up, so you just use them again!! So you know if you're at 10 wraps 15 wraps etc, etc 👍

What size reel do you use for baiting up, Jamie?

Usually a 4000 unless I’m casting long then a 5000 mate

I fished next to Dean Barlow and Frankie on Saturday. What a great day I had. The fishing come second. Frankie attached the place. He must of put 10kg of bait in. Iol
