The tank crew bit depends whether or not they are on my team. Few things are more frustrating than attempting to take out a good tank crew.

As the tank crew on basically every game, can confirm. I still remember my Leopard 2a7 crew I was in fighting against a T-14 Armata at a range of 4 miles my driver shouted out “I have an idea, hit it on the right side of the turret”, bare in mind we had both tracked each other, although they were more damaged than us having lost the engine and some of its ammo when a shell went right through, killing the spotter, the tank just absolutely fucking erupted into flames and smoke when my shell hit it, even in all my years as a tank gunner, I’ve never hit a shot like that again, the shell killed all remaining crewmen instantly while the shrapnel detonated the already damaged autoloader killing 15 infantrymen that were around it, because of our victory our infantrymen thanked us profusely and were able to capture a valley winning the game. Honestly that map on Squad is the best, the entire game just stopped to watch us battle it out on the highest peaks of the map 4 miles apart, for rest of the game we stayed on that peak and I was just sniping with my Squash head HE dropping entire squads. The game was just a pushover after the tank battle, then the commander called in artillery on the second tank in another part of the map that destroyed them. Giving our forces total firepower superiority, they had no APCs, I killed them all, no IFVs, I killed all those aswell, no helicopters, nothing. It was basically Russian infantry with basic jeeps VS an entire mechanised Canadian brigade.

The boys and I were playing some Kursk as the Soviets. We came across an unlikely leader however. While us as well as at least 10 other troops were pinned down in a trench on the frontline, we heard a tune coming from someone’s mic in proximity chat. Slowly growing in volume we recognized the battle theme was none other than the Pirates of the Caribbean theme. Being played at max volume by a player named “Cpt. Jack Sparrow”. This mad lad was standing up in front of our entrenched position, in the open, yelling for us all to fight harder. As he approached my squads position he took a round directly to the head. This enraged me as well as all of my fellow comrades resulting in us leaving our position and charging directly at our attackers while popping smoke. I wish i could say the counterattack was a success but alas, we were all cut down in short order.

I've had a comeback as soviets on kursk night. We were last point but we managed to find a hole in the defense and started capping. Well before they could fall back to defend we cap bum rushing the points and capping. Only on last point did they get a foothold but by then their defense was scrambled and we punched through their last point. I was rushing through the trenches with a ppsh and i atleast gunned down 25. It was glorious....
