I tried mini twist one time and gave them over to the girlies with the time and patience. I am now doing medium twists and love them.

yeeeah that is why i do medium sized twists due to that take down lol🤣 the medium size gives me that bounce still and versatility without the dread of the mini twist take down. i salute those of you that do mini twist! you have a different kind of patience. but girl, you are heard. having a baby and mini twist don’t mix. honestly, i don’t care what you do, i’m still going to watch😊 you have been an inspiration all around. i enjoy seeing women with my hair texture

I felt that, I can't do them on my 4c hair anymore either. It's medium size or flat twists now lol

I absolutely love the mini/micro twists. They’re so beautiful. It’s worth it the tedious work, in my opinion. I used to twist my mother’s hair in tiny twists and we always said ‘do we really want to do this???’ YES!!! 😍😍😍

They look so good! I really wish I had the density to pull them off but I’m with you. I have two kids and the time is just not there. Quick and easy looks are essential lol.

I have 4C down to the middle of my back, and even my finger sized twists (8 hours, every refresh AFTER the wash and overnight air dry) have me wanting to re-loc. GURL! No mas. 😂

The 4+ hours were worth it I’m sure they look gorgeous ugh makes me want to do them too but on a less busy Saturday ofc 😅

You sound exactly like me. I got mine bigger this time thinking it will be easier to take out and maybe I will let them loc up but I have ocd and probably adhd and I will get board too soon. Then I curse every time I have to take them out! It’s a cycle. Will I jump off the craziness? … maybe…maybe not… we shall see 😂

Im sorry to tell you, but it was so worth it! They are gorgeous😂 it's like when people say no more kids, but when you look back, they are 6 months😅 so take the break, but i think you should definitely revisit this style you slayed it!!!

That's exactly how I'm wearing mines until March = Micro mini twists. Yes, they're super cute & give so much style. No issues with locking because I get mines done every 4 weeks. I'm glad you know how good I look 😉. And I pay my 4C Natural stylist to install & take 👇🏿. 💃🏿

I know the struggle is real this was my go-to style I would wear two strand twist and I did not know that you can lock your hair this way I am I have 4C hair I had locs still have my locs and i had to save my hair for the last time so i cut them off yesterday and going to grow my hair out again and then im going to reattach them back in people always used to compliment me on my hair they said your locs are so pretty but 😂they were actually mini twist.wish me luck.

I remember my high school days with them but my hair was longer and it shrinks so much. My mother used to do them when she was in the mood.
