Tną warstwowo, więc takie plastry to mógłby być (po wykończeniu i nadaniu okrągłego kształtu) blat stołu. owszem, takie stół byłby ciężki, gdyż drewno dębowe jest stosunkowo ciężkie, ale jest trwałe i mocne.

Love it when a nice sharp blade is throwing out chips like hash browns. I remember doing some stump removal work and how hard that was on the sacrificial old blade I used for the job. Even after water washing and in sandy no-rock soil, the blade went dull quickly. You never saw such polished and glistening chainsaw teeth though! If I had to work in a rocky stump, I'd try one of those carbide tipped chains.

Carbide Is great in clean wood but if you hit anything the carbide snaps off the teeth. Most people I know that have tried them said they aren't worth the extra cost for that reason. But you know everyone has their own opinion.

Great to watch what on earth would you make with the last few slabs .

If I had the right house I would treat the wood and put the entire piece in the gigantic room, so beautiful the piece. Just like it is, only, smooth it out fully then clear glaze several times, then just show it off. Gigantic table

Cutting rocks and dirt isn't helped much by oil. Any stump will be full of both. I suspect these guys knew exactly what they were in for. As for lube, at least they are lucky it seems to rain every day where they're located.

Well, A++ for perseverance! Obviously that oak grew on stony ground. I'm pretty sure that I would have given up after three or four stones maximum! 🙂 He surely must have sharpened his chain down to nothing! I hope it was worth all that effort.

There is a reason you don't see too many tables made from the bottom section of the tree root ball. Those rocks and gravel will be inside the wood on the older trees as the roots grow around the rocks. Now you know why those types of tabletops are so expensive.

That has to be a VERY EXPENSIVE chain saw. Hell a 16 inch saw pushes close to 400 dollars

Sharpening a saw chain takes on a new meaning when the chain is almost 12' long. Not sure how well they cut wood but a chain for a concrete saw mat be nice to have when you get really low on a stump where dirt and rocks are as thick as the wood. In the end you've got some beautiful slabs to play with from a piece that is usually burned. Just being able to uproot a stump that size is rare unless the wind and rain did it for you. Seems you have plenty of rain to keep ground soft.

This oak was blown up by the wind right on a residential building. Therefore, the stump was transported, washed with a high-pressure washer, and then only sawed. But unfortunately you can’t wash everything (That’s why the chain was sharpened so many times. The main thing is that we managed to make some good cuts

Цепь, полагаю, заточена до 5-15 градусов, как для резки по волокну, а типичная работа, поперек волокон, т.е. для цепи, заточенной до 25 градусов. Это, наряду с песком, делает такую ​​резку малоэффективной. Цепочку жалко терять.

Ребята,без обид,но от вас я всё время в напряжении.Всегда в ожидании ,что или цепь оборв5тся,или руку отрежет .Не могу понять почему,наверное очень опасно работаете.
