My Great Grandfather lived there from 1863-1956, serving as a volunteer firefighter while my Great Grandmother worked as a dentist. My Grandfather, named after A.A. Sargent, was born in 1899. Back to my Great Grandfather, one of his nieces now lives in the same house, which is in the registry of historical buildings in the town. I haven't been up there in 14 years, but I'd love to go back.

Why not just merge California and Nevada? Not many people in Nevada anyway, plus they all vote the same as well. And Californians would have their own personal playground. But buy Nevada would be pricey.

I don’t understand why Nevada doesn’t merge with California. Nevada is nothing more than a suburb of California in all but name. Might as well make it OFFICIAL, then their citizens could get the benefits as well.
