    Does this actually work? If so, will it restore neurotransmitters that been damaged by recreational drugs years ago, paranoia, personality change, low self esteem,self worth, depression,aniexty etc etc etc etc ....if not this one please point me in the right direction of one that will help!!!! Having a minimum of 20 minutes allows you to experience the benefits over a period of time. You can also do it any time of the day. Morning and evening time is best, but find what works best for you. Whatever time you choose, try to make it the same every day. Be consistent in your mindful meditation along with deep breathing practice and you will see the benefits. Get the practice of being still, paying attention to the mind body, and concentrating on the breath with this music. Breathe calmly from your diaphragm by inhaling through your nose for a count of one to five. Then breathe out through your nose and count from five to one. Repeat this for 20 minute, just let the waves of frequencies flood over your mind, body and spirit.     Will this help with medication addiction? Prescription drugs such as benzos (xanax) damage the GABA receptors, so simply increasing neurotransmitter chemicals will not help. The nerve receptors must be healed and/or new ones grown. Please advise!

    im on a setback from benzos that i took 4 years ago and CT'd,but continued with SSRIs for about 10 months. was doing solid until 5 months ago,when i got into a setback with all possible symptoms (mental and physical) so my question is will this help me heal properly and balance my chemicals?

    Would this help my bipolar friend? I noticed its the neurotransmitters that cause bipolar disorder I thought the amygdala would be good but not someone like that? Their already on medication!     Please answer: Can I listen to this while I'm on antidepressants (SSRI) or should I stop taking them for the days I listen and endure the withdrawal? I have anhedonia for 2 years now due to fluvoxamine use and now my dopamine and serotonin neurotransmitters are kinda fucked up Ig so I would like to do this the right way so I can feel again.     If you have ued antidepressants with consult with doctors then please dont't stop. Antidepressants works to balance your brain neurotransmitters.
