    @@davidotu8134. Didn’t see this request. Septal area consists of para terminal gurus with connections back to hippocampus thru indusiem griseum and forward thru diagnol band of broca to amygdala. Memory and emotions. Cingulate gyrus is contiguous with subcallosal gyrus which would involve that in episodic emotional memory as part of Papez circuit. This is how I think of them. Plus don’t forget you have medial olfactory stria bringing in olfactory action potentials into area. Hope this helps. A really cool piece of anatomy
