Andrew, I agree. It’s too loud and it repeats on a very small cycle. It’s mindnumbing.

For those who play tennis or pickle ball, maybe even golf, do this as you play and you’ll be amazed how much better you track and hit the ball. It actually feels like the game slows down. You might think you’re already watching the ball, but in almost every case, you’re not. You’re looking beyond the ball and it only comes into focus as it gets close. The added benefit is it reduces overthinking thinking and stress, allowing your body simply do its thing. You can thank me later when you win the club trophy or just kick your buddy’s ass.

Great share 👍. Though the "added" background music is distracting and annoying.

I guess I am the first commenting on this? Freaking killer visual hacks! Time after time, the sight sense proves why it is superior to other senses....hahahahahah jkjkjk....These correlations between brain synapses, focus, and cognition are just too good though. I am going to be watching this video a ton! Thanks Dr. Huberman!

What about saccades? Most eye movement are saccades, even in a natural scene. Should you train them?
