About NeuroGraphica© :
It is easy to learn #neurographica (its simplified form is known as #neurographicart). This art form helps you explore your inner world, achieve your goals, and bring positive changes to your life. Developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev, PhD, the word Neurographica combines "neuron" (brain cell) and "graphics" (visual presentations, like drawings). This shows how the method connects our brain with our artwork. Neurographica includes various drawing techniques, with its main features including the Neurographic line, the principle of rounding the corners, and the Basic Algorithm (step-by-step instructions).
NeuroGraphic Art is also known as neuroart .

    thanks Alina from Lynnea Schliesleder (on my son's page)...I love the circle of safety and how all the other "junk" gets left behind...this is great timing for me, reflecting on the loss of some significant relationships/friendships last year (2023)...how lovely to say LAST YEAR now...off to new beginnings with better boundaries and more safety zones!

    I found the other kind of neurographic art first, not knowing about neurographica. Last night I found this video and watched it. I drew the tree. It was a fun exercise, and I love my tree! When I sat down to read before bed, I found myself trying to make visual connections between the words, and it was super interesting, being aware of my brain doing weird things! (As an aside, I, too, don't really work with brown.)

    Alina, thank you so much for taking the time to share your knowledge with us, there are SOOOO many different things that come up when you type in "neurographic" that after watching 3 or 4 and getting totally different instruction I just threw up my hands in bewilderment! I'm so grateful to have found your video today, it all make so much more sense!! I do love how KZread has given us access to learn from people whose knowledge we would never have gotten to benefit from in the past. I don't love realizing how many people exist who are so eager to make money from an audience that they will try to teach something that they themselves don''t yet fully understand, so they end up leading dozens of people down the wrong path . Alina, I'm very grateful that you exist. Warmest wishes to you, be well 🕉☸☯

    This is one of the best, most comprehensive, truest video I have found on this yet. I have watched about 20 different ppl's content on Neurographica since taking my first workshops with another properly trained teacher. I am recovering from Traumatic Brain Injures, that includes Amnesia issues, insomnia, sensory overload, anxiety and panic attacks, chronic pain, as well as hand-eye + spatial issues. Before my career-ending accideht, I had loved and taught art amongst other subjects. Neurographica is VERY hard for me, yet the results from my first lessons to my first full piece were amazing. In the workshops I took, there were people from all over the world, all ages, with tremors and memory issues, as well as Art Therapist Psychologists, Shamans, and Healers learning this, too.

    Would you speak more about digital art and why NG done by drawing without erasing is preferrable? You say that an eraser is not used in NG nor in life, yet in digital art one can return and edit it. Yet in NG by rounding out the lines, the effect is similar - of relaxing the seed we are drawing

  • @NeuroGraphicArtwithAlina

    @NeuroGraphicArtwithAlina

    2 жыл бұрын

    Hello Gyan, thank you for joining the group and asking questions. We change our impressions through NG drawing, but we do not erase or "undo" what we drew before. Like in life: we do or say something, but it is not possible to undo it. Cause and consequence. But we can do something new to try to change the situation. Similarly, we draw different lines or more lines. (We may use a pencil to create a grid and create a composition and then erase lines, but that is different.) Btw, NeuroGraphica is not only about relaxing, but we will talk about that later. Good luck with your drawing! Alina.

    Do you usually just watch videos and not listen to the audio? ... Because she explained the meditative neural processes INTERNALLY far beyond what she was VISUALLY demonstrated. It's like you watched someone do a cake without listening, and then complained that you just saw powders and liquids thrown together, and don't understand how that, thrown into an oven is going to turn into a cake. Or watched a mechanic just get grubby playing with stuff under a car hood to resolve a problem, while the mechanic thoroughly explained, but you didn't listen, then posted an online review dismissing his work as just jiggling things! Don't knock things until you TRY to ACTUALLY authentically learn to DO it. Watching someone play a race driving vid game is not what you can use to conclude what it is like to actually drive a race car yourself! I'm sorry, but your limited thinking, and then decision to publicly devalue this very healthy helpful process based on your limited views and lack of trying to comprehend fairly is something that comes across as quite basic and stunted. Neurographica is helping people like me heal from Traumatic Brain injuries, or others with Parkinson's, Anxiety, Insomnia, trauma... It is NOT ok to mock or devalue HELPFUL therapeutic supports PUBLICLY, just because you didn’t bother to understand their value.

    @NickRatto Then a more fair, reasonable response would have been to own your own limitations with hearing and accents, impatience, attention span, and sustained effort. Surely you are old enough to know not to judge things by only one sensory input like just what you see things "looking like"! Why publicly judge what you admit you only based on a small fraction of the information involved? There is a reason for sayings teaching that appearances can be deceiving, still waters deep, and warning against judging a book just by its cover appearance. Sorry you do not yet comprehend or value such basic Universal Truths. Sorry for your related losses. "Neuro" is to do with the brain/ mind... Not sure why you have such lack of value to understand yours, and are so against ways to flex it in healthy ways, or at least not devalue others' respect for such. If it helps others, why did you have to criticize it arrogantly in mockingly minimizing ways as "just wiggly lines" and a "squiggly mess"? It comes across like someone who mocks glasses for those that benefit from wearing them, but then get embarrassed by such putdowns, and don't wear their glasses, and struggle terribly. Thank you for the contrast you bring to this world, that helps others to align with, attune to, and discern towards better.

    @NickRatto If you choose to publicly criticize different help you devalue that others freely share, then you choose to risk getting called out once in awhile by other people's right to defend what they value. You chose to risk offense in being critical, especially from a place of ignorance. And what you publish online, is out there a long time, maybe forever, no matter how many months ago you put your negativity out there. How do you not understand that reality of digital information, when we are over 30 years into The Digital Age? I have brain injuries, as well as other lifelong serious conditions. Plus I spent over 25 yrs working with such clients to help them improve their lives towards independence and other goals. My team and I had to use a huge variety of methods to help people, because what helps one person, might not work for another, but it is NOT ok for people to openly criticize those optional methods at risk of deterring others who can benefit, just because it doesn't resonate with them. That's part of maturity and being a decent person. Your limitations and personal challenges do not give you a free pass when you choose to unfairly publicly criticize others' helpful free sharing. Good luck to you. You certainly are dealing with a lot, including internal resistance, which I know makes things harder.
