Steps for Neographic Art :
Step 1 : Draw a long looping or criss-crossing/scribble-like line on your paper. Don’t try to draw something, just let it be a line.
You can also add shapes that overlap the lines if you want.
Step 2 : Find any sharp corners where lines cross or turn and round those, filling in the gap with ink.
Step 3 : Add color (you can blend colors or do shading)

I believe there are specific ways of doing Neurographica because there's science behind it. It doesn't make Neurographica or NeuroArt right or wrong, but different.
Pure Neurographica you must meditate for at least 3 minutes with your hands flat on the paper and then let your emotions flow out onto the paper .

Yes, that's what the women I've watched all say. I guess it depends on what your goal is. To make a pretty, relaxing picture or draw lines that represent unimpeded flow? It's my understanding that when lines cross it is a point of blockage? Thus, the rounding?
