Neurodiversity Awareness Training | iHasco

Each of our brains functions in its own way, based on who we are as an individual. Picture neurodiversity as a forest, full of many different trees; and one of these trees is you!
The term neurodiversity was coined by an Australian sociologist called Judy Singer in the late 1990s, and since then, it’s become a concept that’s used to represent how all humans vary in terms of what’s called neurocognitive ability. Which, put simply, is how we think and reason; and our ability to concentrate, remember things, process information, learn, speak and understand.
Throughout our online course, users will learn about what neurodiversity is and the benefits it can bring to a community, how different minds work, and how to create an inclusive workplace.
