The Neuro Recovery Center, or NRC, serves members who have had their lives impacted by a stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, as well as other neurologic conditions, like Guillain-Barré Syndrome, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease.
Neurological injuries can require more than two years of continued rehabilitation to reach maximum functional recovery. Patients can show a 30% decline in the function they gained in therapy if they don't continue with ongoing exercise and conditioning.
The main role of the NRC is to provide access to resources and continued care for members in need at an affordable rate. The NRC contains the most up-to-date rehabilitation technology, all focused on improving function.
Individuals receive a customized therapy and technology program. The customized program is then consistently monitored and adapted to allow for progression as improvements are made.
