There is a beauty school in prison, so that is where they learn the skills for when they come out to be able to feed themselves and change communities, I was surprised that there were even mini farms to teach agriculture I tell you.

So someone gets 6 years for attempted murder and while someone gets 15 years for robbery🙆🙆

South Africa justice is too poor how do you sentenced someone to 15 years for cell phone and people who kill you give them 12 or 15 years.

If that was in the USA she would be doing 4 times that 60yrs and if it was her third time committing the same offence it would be life in Prison unlike SA you kill someone you get bail

They need to add 3years for the eyebrows they horrible

Snenhlanhla3 Abongwe it’s not only because of the cellphone, what happened during the stealing of the cellphones is what I think made the judge angry . This man is old , they assaulted him , they stole his phone and money . Or maybe there was a jury which was made up of people in their community and they had a hand in deciding the sentence

Yes thats the law if you are armed or hv any weapon that instill fear to the victim thats robberry with violence no matter what you are stealing even if its an egg thats the global standard

You may find out that she has another cases pending and she was given warning before.. If you can hear her very while she said I apologise to all the ppl I have robbed so this means she has been robbing lot of ppl and getting away with it

This not fair at all 15 years for cellphone i think they did not even harm the old man four years would be enough sentencing i think the prosecute is related to the family of the old man
