Bhai mere to tv me deke ek play store ha ek tv store ha jo apna ha tv ka .. Dono me chrome nai ha na tv ka jo apna browser ha uspe b netflix ni open horha .. Playstore se downloaded netflix b nao open horha or tv ka apna netflix b ppen nahi horha just yehi arha k make some updates.. Sis pehle ye tareqa kam kar gaya tha chrome vala .. but ab nai kar raha kyun kay tv old ho gaya ha firmware/software purana ha is liye.. new tv kay ilava koi option nai and try karain agar new lain to ab original tv lein…

Your tv must have its own app store try searching there … hopefully you will find chrome there

Just download chrome then set up the chrome (log in your id) then open netflix app… if it still doesn’t work then try opening netflix in chrome

Am having this same problem i tried uninstalling the app n re-downloading it same problem, i tried it on chrome same problem, i even tried logging it in on my play station and am getting the same problem. I went as far as to purchase a andriod box and connect it to the TV still does not work............ anyone has any working solution?????

Yeah I even tried speaking to a representative who said that Netflix made some updates and I should try the fire stick or change my tv

If u have downloaded it from tv app store not from play store then it may be original tv and copy tv issue … MINE IS COPY….

@@charleneduplessis5640 there must some other store (in built TV STORE) from where you can download chrome…. If not then there is no other way for now… because if you download chrome from browser it won’t work

Hello, I have updated my google chrome but same issue I cannot use my Netflix because of outdated application. And if I log in my netflix in google chrome it does not open in browser it goes directly to the nextflix app that is outdated. It becomes a loop so now I am not able to watch netflix in our Nikai smart tv. Pls help

Try opening netflix by searching netflix.com not just netflix and opening the 1st link.. in this way it will take you to the app..

You just have to download chrome then set up and open netflix it should work now if it does not work try opening netflix .com on chrome..

BRO THE TRICK WAS JUST DOWNLOADING THE CHROME .. AFTER THAT YOU CAN DO BOTH OPEN NETFLIX APP OR OPEN NETFLIX IN CHROME .. But sadly this trick isn’t working now after the recent updates..🥲
