This is a spoken word of my heart asking that we see the field of love beyond everything that is currently happening in our world. And reminds us that we have a choice of how our lives will look from now on. What seeds will we plant so that saplings and trees of peace and compassion and forgiveness will grow.

Waves of hatred, of separation curves of forgetfulness, selfishness
What is going on here? Way are we here for? What do we truly believe inside
So many years we have bean taught, by society by religions, beliefs & ideas of others how to live even how to die
They took the power that we gave them innocently.
There is no blame here just waking up to the game
To gaine back what’s s ours what we deserve today now in every breath.
We have the power to heal to stop to conceal the waves of feeling’s- stop putting ourselves on the side of life
We have the courage to forgive and to give a dose of kindfullness To those who directed us a mirror that we will wake up to a different truth.

Especially to those we call the “others“ - then its easier not to name to meet the emotians that may arise looking inside the eyes of the “other”
That’s inside us - not on the side but in the Center of our being.
We have the freedom to change the world. from force to Choice , from violence to silence,
From reactivity to taking responsibility. Responsibility for the words & actions we create in the world.
We have the power of choice, it was given to us by pure divinity, to choose what nourishes the body and the mind, we will do it together , a living and breathing organism,
And together
We have the power to move mountains in our togetherness in the body and in the field of consciousness.
Real peace is not signed on a piece of paper and with a handshake.
Have they ever looked in the eyes behind the suits that close them from breathing freely?
Peace is an internal movement to accept all the parts within - to do peace with all the pieces
When I take responsibility, I run out of people to blame.
everything is within me - I am within everything
Dancing with the spirit
There is a simple truth
Wheel and spinner
War creates war
Violence creates violence
Reactivity will breed reactivity
Kindness brings kindness
Love creates love
Forgiveness created forgiveness
And it is good to feel all these feelings and let them rise to the surface -
To feel the rage, the revenge, the terrible pain that might paralyze every cell...
to feel the power of life, the love, gratitude, compassion, the confusion, the trembling fear, the earth rattling under your feet...
Feel it all
but what is between them and actions that creates the next creation.
Now we have a great responsibility
The ability to choose
. How would we like our lives to look from now on?
What action will we do that will give birth to a creation of love? This is our choice from now on
Love creates love
Generosity creates Generosity
Peace within us will give birth to peace in the heart of a person next to me and even a thousand kilometres away
It is a conscious choice within us.
What kind of life do we want here on earth
We have the power to create this world
Oh my beloved let us see beyond all .
To see the field that connects us all
Dive together in this field of love
I believe its possible
I truly believe
