@@adengoh4684 I am delighted with the range it offered. I wasn't expecting more than 250km, but getting more than 350 km of range. The sound system is outstanding. It charged really fast. Airconditioner is good. Driving dynamics such as acceleration, handling, uphill, downhill, braking is very good. However, suspension is average. One-pedal driving is an awesome feature. I find the built quality decent. In fact I was expecting mediocre built quality, but found it good. So far I am really satisfied.

BYD new battery technology. ❤
I think it’s admirable that a car is brought in with real world useable range and adequate highway speed at this price point. I saw it in the flesh at the 2023 Malaysia auto expo and find it reasonably good looking with a decent trunk especially when the seats are folded. I don’t like that there’s no safety rating yet and cannot fathom why it would be legal to sell so I hope that aspect is soon covered. We need to electrify and reduce our co2 emissions and doing so on electro mobility will enhance our understanding and action in many other areas so I applaud this launch and in my view, NETA was the star of the 2023 Malaysian Autoshow but get that safety test fixed ASAP please
Interesting how prices are dropping for EV's.. Just given the track record for those behind distributing this brand in Malaysia, I'm not so sure.

New BYD RM99k now, it got almost same range and acceleration but with all feature with 6 more KWh.
i saw this yesterday at kampar perak with tread plate cruising main road testing.forgot to get a photo
At just under RM100k, one can buy 2 Axias..... And I'm sure the Axias will be much more usable with their nearly 400km range per tankful of fuel at under RM50 per tankful. One more thing that all EV makers NEVER mention, the WEIGHT of the car! My Axia's original run-of-the-mill Silverstone tyres lasted 53,000 km, new ones cost RM160 each in Sabah (where EVERYTHING is more expensive than West M'sia). I wonder about the longevity of the tyres of ANY EV and the replacement cost. Of course, the charging infrastructure in Sabah (specifically) and Malaysia (generally) is still in shambles......Food for thought.

EV generally are more comfortable without the noice, vibration, petrol smell, and air pollution associated with petrol internal combustion engine, and their high maintenance cost. Of course, with EV you save a lot in petrol cost every month. Singapore taxis are converting to EV in thousands now after several years of testing. Look up to their video and see what the taxi drivers said about EV. Most said once on EV, they will not drive petrol car any more. That's what they said, not me.

The axia is common, run-of-the-mill car that you see everyday. It doesn't make people go 'wow! Look at that car!' I rented a hyundai kona in the past, and some people looked at it with awe, and complimented it. You won't get something like that with a commoner's car like the axia.

I did calculation a while ago, you need petrol price to rise above RM4-4.5per liter to break even battery replacement cost at 160,000km. Given the high purchase cost and depreciation, it is still not worthwhile at this point. I would think EV motorcycle is much more realistic because people do not usually use motorcycles for long distance, battery is also much cheaper.
Does it have an app for remote cooling of the car?
If a person looking for cheapest road tax and maybe low maintenance and not driving with highspeed cars.. maybe they will consider. As we know soon fuel will be among the major issue as petrol price will go up from time to time.

any warranty for the screen? costing?
Ok serious question, this might be dumb but for clarification, can we lowered this car and change the size of the tire?
Best EV , down to earth EV for pple in b40 like me... 😂😂😂
Good gesture for upcoming affordable ev
Its max speed only 120km/h, behind seat and in front seat's space even less than Axia. Last time I test time in the car show is around 2 fingers distance to the in front car seat from my knee when I adjust in front seat to my drive mode. With this price, I will rather consider Axia full spec or others B segment sedan car.
Got ABS or not?
Ok first of all, where to charge this car? especially those in east Malaysia…
ada reversed camera?

another steps closer to budget ev k-car which is like myvi/axia EV, which is i'm waiting for, 50k-70k city driving only ev k car

car prices in malaysia is expensive, does this applies to EV too
Driving behind it, it's really obvious how narrow the car is, plus it seems weirdly 'bouncy', like something is seriously wrong with the suspension.
Nice

In some places air quality is unbearable, but to keep your job you have to ensure the toxic fumes you know is sure to cause you problems.

In China, there are numerous electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing companies. It's interesting to note that some of these companies employ a strategy where they essentially rebrand the same car, making minor alterations such as changing the name and color. If you leave a comment on KZread about one of their cars, you'll notice that positive feedback often receives responses from bot accounts with pleasant messages. However, if there's negative feedback, you'll witness how these bots respond differently. It's quite fascinating.

When trending item pricing look affordable here then it could be somewhat basic, like China used to have a lot of local subpar EV brands too
