.NET MAUI Version Pinning & Nightly Build Integration

With .NET 8 is it now possible to easily pin version numbers for .NET MAUI apps as items are now shipped as NuGet packages. This means you can also easily test out pull request builds and artifacts or opt into nightly builds of .NET MAUI with just a few lines of code. Let's check it out!

Thanks James! This video saved my butt! Our latest release deployment was blocked due to the connectivity event not firing bug on live release. An awesome person had fix it in the nightly builds! Thanks again!

Done. Added in v4.6.0 dotnet new mauiapp -o MyApp --nightly
how can i sync between sqlite on mobile offline and remote database (restapi with sql server ) ?

That's the approach we took, would love to know if there is a better way
James, a humble request is - VS2022 is fragile with the new update and is increasingly difficult to setup MAUI on NET 8. This forces us to go back to VS previous version and to stick with NET 7, this needs to be looked upon!

What issues do you seem to be having? I know there was some weird windows update thing that happened this week, but a repair on VS seemed to fix that up. Haven't had any issues myself.

@@JamesMontemagno Updated VS to latest and got the Windows updates as well, this fixed everything. Thank you for the support!
