Sitting on a birthing ball and leaning forward helped my baby turn away from my back! It’s soooo tempting to recline on a sofa but this position can encourage baby to be back to back to you. Hoping baby turns soon and you don’t get back labour! 🤞🏼

Another great video! I’m definitely going to setup diaper baskets in multiple rooms so thank you for this tip! What brand of adult diapers and which breast pump do you use?

Thanks so much for watching! Yes, the diaper stations are soo helpful especially in the early days ☺️ I think the diapers are just Life brand which is a generic drugstore brand here in Canada. As for the breast pump, I use one by medela, not sure the model as it was secondhand from someone I know.
